Rachel has just taken a promotion at work which has seen her move into a completely different discipline. Angela has worked with Rachel previously and the focus of their work together was around resolving trauma. She has made incredible progress in this area and this has been reflected in lots of areas of her life. The recent change of role has created a blip which often happens when something significant changes in our lives. Hear Angela and Rachel discuss this and it will no doubt resonate with many people who find themselves overworking, feeling out of their depth in a new role and allowing the inner critic to take hold.
